Picking up in Aachen is possible only after making an appointment with us,
because some articles are in our external storage area.

You have the possibility to pay cash or with your german EC-Card by pickung up in Aachen.

2. Shipping happens through German Post / DHL.
Independent of the amount of your order, we calculate within Germany shipping costs in the amount of 5,90 Euro once only per 31 kg.
The amount of the Cash On Delivery(only possible within Germany) charge is plus 5,90 Euro, total 11,80 Euro
By cash on delivery happens the shipment immediately or at the next working day.
By cash on delivery you have to pay further 2 EUR fees, which the deliverer charges on delivery. There are no further eraising expenses or taxes.
3. The delivery happens by payments through bank transfer
after we receive the payment, this happens in ca 1 - 3 Workingdays after your transfer.
After we have received the payment, the shipment will happen on same day (or at next working day).
Beside the normal bank transfere also Sofortuberweisung is possible:

4. By the Payment methods PayPal and iPayment (payment through Creditkard)
the payment will be charged immediately or at the earliest. The payment will be confirmed normally at same day.
After we have received the payment, the shipment will happen on same day (or at next working day).
By the Payment method PayPal will be charged a additional value in the amount of 1,5% for billing adresses within Germany and in the amount of 1,5% for billing adresses out of Germany, and by the Payment method iPayment (payment through Creditkard) in the amount of 3,0%, which will be displayed separately on the order confirmation site.
The delivery of so marked articles is within Germany free of shipping costs.
If you buy such articles in a order, so the delivery of this order is free of shipping costs within Germany.

5. Financing by Santanderbank (only within Germany)
After successful testing of your hire purchase agreement by the Santander Consumer Bank
Satboerse24.de and you get a final approval by e-mail - this takes about 2-3 business days.
We consider the final approval of the Santander Consumer Bank as the immediately receipt of payment and will ship your order immediately to the delivery address.
